The lead instructor and business owner is Janine Wright.
Janine became an instructor after being a Pilates student. She realised that Pilates was the ideal form of exercise for her, and decided to embark on a change in direction from the human resources and finances environment.
Having completed her Pilates course at Pilates Unlimited with Tanya Thompson, Janine took over the Pilate’s Body Centre Studio in 2011 and she has been enjoying herself ever since.
In March 2015, Janine attended a fascia releasing course, which enhanced her understanding of the body and what causes limitation in range of motion, mobility and flexibility. During this course she was briefly introduced to a modality called TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises). Janine became a qualified TRE provider in August 2016. At the end of 2018 Janine completed Modules 1 & 2 of an Emmett Technique course. Adding this soft touch muscle repatterning and stress releasing technique to her repertoire gives her another technique to help her clients achieve a feeling of well being and pain free living.
Janine continuously looks for new and innovative ways to help clients achieve the best that is possible for their bodies. She enjoys working for herself, and encourages her clients to work hard in their classes to gain the all the benefits that Pilates has to offer.
